In 2018, two entrepreneurial spirits—Billy and Sondra Yates—set out to create something meaningful. In early 2019, they explored the world of vinyl plank flooring and quickly realized the impact this durable, affordable product could have on homes across the Gulf Coast. By June of that year, Vinyl Plank 4 Less opened its first 900 sq. ft. showroom in Mobile, Alabama. Thanks to overwhelming support, the company expanded to Spanish Fort in October 2019. What started as a leap of faith became a family-run business built on trust, hard work, and service to the community. Today, Vinyl Plank 4 Less proudly supplies residential and commercial flooring and cabinetry to Spanish Fort, Daphne, Fairhope, Foley, Gulf Shores, and all of Baldwin County—with prompt service and people-first care.
