It was a great experience working with this company and in particular with Kyle Peters. He was patient with me and my friend as we walked around the showroom trying to make a decision on what floor I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the product and gave me some wonderful tips. I went to the showroom on a Thursday afternoon. On Friday, Ronnie Jordan, Installer, came to my home and measured the rooms and by Monday, I had my quote, placed my order and was given a Friday installation date. Ronnie's crew showed up when they said they would and put 951 sq ft of flooring down in 4 hours, moved back my heavy furniture, cleaned up and left. Love my new floors.

Super friendly staff. Samples ready for pick up same day. Once choice was made, floors were ordered and picked up next day by contractor. With carpet to be removed, rooms full of furniture, it only took the crew 2 days to install. They moved furniture back to original spot and cleaned up any debris from carpet. Floors are beautiful and give each room an entirely new, fresh look. Was kept informed of scheduling and the cost was HUGE in savings. Highly recommend!

Great crew from sales to installation! Went in on a Friday, picked out of vinyl plank and carpet tiles. Ronnie came and did the installation estimate and received it that evening. Install crews started on Thursday and finished on Friday. We did vinyl plank in living room, dinning room, laundry room and both bathrooms, the crew installed the washable carpet tiles in all 3 bedrooms and we love it all. Great experience from start to finish.

A friend recommended that we buy our flooring here and we are so glad we did. The sales process was so easy. We walked in, they greeted us and asked us what brought us in. They showed us the showroom and allowed us to look and discuss it on our own. They were available to us to answer questions if we had them. We were in and out in 30 minutes. They have their own installers if you need them, but we had already hired someone to install ours in August. We did pay to have them deliver it to our home too. We have already taken some out of the box so we could look at it while we are waiting for installation. So excited and it is beautiful!

Great product and great service. I understand their main product line is manufactured in the USA and from my research is a great product at a great price. It’s wear later is 20 mils which is the thickest I’ve seen and it’s 100% waterproof. Brittany was my rep and she is very cordial and knowledgeable. Justin’s install company arrived as scheduled and did a great job. They went the extra mile and hid a TV cable under my base molding that would have otherwise been exposed. Highly recommend the product and services.

Great experience with my flooring install. I had 3 rooms with carpet being replaced with the Sarasota plank (which btw looks absolutely beautiful in all 3 rooms) a team of 6 arrived promptly and worked for 7 hours without even a break, moved out all the old carpet and replaced with the new plank. They were such a pleasant group to work with & i’m amazed they completed all 3 rooms in 1 day! Would definitely recommend the flooring and install professionals here,
