Customer Warranty Checklist
Installation Requirements (initial each box that it is complete)

Ensure the flooring is installed on a stable and proper subfloor.-attach picture with a level reading

Ensure NO debris, dirt or any other material is on the floor prior to installation.

Do not install flooring over carpet or additional underlayment if pre-attached underlayment is present. Unless pre-approved silent LVT.

Use a 6-mil poly vapor barrier when installing over concrete subfloors.

Use a silicone paper vapor barrier when installing over subfloors.
-
Verify the installation area is free from condensation or excessive moisture.

Moisture reading below a moisture level below 80% RH- attach picture
Post-Installation Requirements
-
Protective pads placed under furniture legs to prevent damage.

Use mats under chairs with rolling casters.
Warranty Maintenance and Claims
-
Retain proof of purchase for any warranty claims.
-
Contact the HomeLike retailer (Vinyl Plank 4 Less) within 30 days of defect discovery.

Maintain the flooring per HomeLike’s care and maintenance instructions.
Warranty Exclusions

Acknowledge that scratches, gloss loss, and isolated squeaks are not covered.

Understand the warranty does not cover damages from improper installation, water erosion, or negligence.

Avoid installation in exterior areas or those with unstable conditions.
Notes

Understand pro-rated refunds or replacements for Residential, 15-Year, and 10-Year Commercial warranties.

HomeLike Warranty does not cover installation

Vinyl Plank 4 Less provides a 1 year installation warranty if our certified installers install the flooring.
